Mathematics
At the University of Paris Saclay I chose the path of applied mathematics by integrating the Bachelor of Applied Mathematics and Applications and Numerical. Today, many scientific jobs require in-depth knowledge in the use of digital tools, particularly in relation to data processing. This bachelor in mathematics allows me to acquire these skills and to develop the organizational skills and rigor necessary to adapt to most jobs that require autonomy. This degree program allowed to me :
Build a good general scientific culture
Acquire solid general knowledge in mathematics
Develop mathematical rigor, abstraction and reasoning skills
Know how to implement a mathematical modeling approach
Master the use of programming languages such as Python and R for simulation and numerical analysis and calculations.
Master English for professional communication, both written and oral
The main courses
Advanced Probability
Theoretical and numerical analysis of Ordinary Differential Equations
Inferential Statistics and Data Analysis
Topology and differential calculus
Matrix analysis and optimisation
Hilbertian analysis
Numerical methods for partial differential equations
Multidimensional exploratory statistics
Graph Theory and Linear Algebra
